Our company offers gardening bags for aggregates such as stone, grit, and sand, as well as bags for bark, soil, and peat. They are ideal for protecting goods during transport and storage, protecting them from moisture and dirt. Storing loose materials in bags is both a convenient and practical solution for everyone.
We manufacture gardening bags from low-density LDPE polyethylene film, which makes them resistant to punctures and stretching. Bags for stone, grit, and sand are available in popular 20 and 25 kg capacities. Bags for bark, soil, and peat are available in popular 60 and 80 l capacities. It is also possible to produce bags in other capacities, from 5 to 50 kg or 20 to 120 l.

Plastic gardening bags
At Folmi, we manufacture strong and durable plastic bags that are perfect not only for spring or fall cleaning in the garden, but also for storing gardening tools in winter. Thanks to their properties, our gardening bags can be used to pack raked leaves, cut grass, and also to carry heavier contents, such as soil to fill flower beds or stones for garden decoration. Our garden bags are strong and moisture-resistant, so the tools packed in them can spend the whole winter outside and we do not have to worry about damaging their metal or wooden parts – and in spring they are ready for reuse.
The plastic bags we manufacture are used in every garden center and distribution center that sells bagged products. Gardening bags are available in our store in a wide range of colors. We manufacture our products from original raw materials – highly transparent and high-quality regranulate.
We also offer bags with the option of individual single or multi-color printing to meet the expectations of our customers.
Order Fulfillment Process
Order confirmation: Once all the details of the order have been agreed, the customer receives a final quotation for approval. Following its approval, the order is formally accepted for processing.
Print design verification: In the case of an order including a print, the customer receives the final graphic design for approval, which, once approved, is sent for production.
Release for production: Once the order has been confirmed and payment verified, the order details go to the production department, which begins the process of planning and execution.
Production of LDPE plastic: LDPE plastic is produced using an extrusion process. LDPE granulate is heated to a high temperature and passed through an extrusion head to produce a long, thin layer of plastic.
Plastic forming: Plastic may be formed in a number of manners as per the order – it may vary in transparency, coloured, thicknesses to match the customer’s specifications.
Preparation for printing: If the order is for printed bags, the production of plastic is followed by the process of flexographic printing. Matrices (printing forms) are prepared as per the customer-approved design.
Printing on plastic: the LDPE plastic is passed through flexographic machines, which apply the print as per the design. This technique allows designs to be printed quickly and precisely in a range of colours.
Cutting and forming of bags: After printing (or without printing), the LDPE plastic is confectioned, i.e. cut and formed into bags as per the dimensions agreed in the order.
Additional elements: At this stage elements such as handles, perforations may be added, depending on the order specifications.
Product packaging: The finished bags are carefully packed in larger packaging such as cardboard boxes or bulk bags to secure them from damage during transport.

Transport set-up: The order is forwarded to a courier company. The customer receives a tracking number and information on the expected delivery time.
Shipment tracking: The customer may track the consignment using a tracking system, which allows them to monitor where their order is at any given time.
Delivery of the order: Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the customer within the specified timeframe.
