Which Pellet Sacks to Choose?

One of the most important criteria that pellet sacks must meet is, of course, durability. A sturdy material ensures that the pellet fuel sack will not tear during transport, easily hold the weight of the goods, and remain undamaged during storage. Depending on your needs, there are plastic pellet sacks available that can hold 15 kg or 25 kg of fuel.

How to Pack Pellet?

Pellet is a fuel in the form of granules. The most commonly used solution for packing it is specialized pellet sacks. They offer a very practical and convenient way to store fuel. Additionally, especially if there is more pellet to pack, special sack sealers can be very useful. To ensure their convenient use, it's important to pay attention to the width of the sealing bar when purchasing.

How to Store Pellet?

Proper storage of pellets is just as important as packing them. The sacks with their contents must be protected from weather conditions, primarily moisture. Ideally, the pellets should be stored directly in the boiler room or nearby. To maintain a proper level of safety, remember that the room where full plastic pellet sacks are kept should meet fire protection requirements. It's also important to handle pellet sacks carefully. The issue isn't damaging the sack itself, but rather the fuel, which, when moved from place to place, can crumble and produce dust.

Why Print on Pellet Sacks?

Packaging on various products is often a surface that can be used wisely. With today's technology, pellet sacks don't have to be a single color – they can be printed with informational or promotional content. For example, a pellet sack could include information such as the company name, address, or other contact details like a phone number or email address. Choosing the color of the print is also worthwhile. Printed pellet sacks facilitate contact and allow for faster dissemination of information about your business, which in turn will lead to an increase in the number of customers.

Order Fulfillment Process

Order acceptance

Order confirmation: Once all the details of the order have been agreed, the customer receives a final quotation for approval. Following its approval, the order is formally accepted for processing.

Print design verification: In the case of an order including a print, the customer receives the final graphic design for approval, which, once approved, is sent for production.

Release for production: Once the order has been confirmed and payment verified, the order details go to the production department, which begins the process of planning and execution.

Plastic extrusion

Production of LDPE plastic: LDPE plastic is produced using an extrusion process. LDPE granulate is heated to a high temperature and passed through an extrusion head to produce a long, thin layer of plastic.

Plastic forming: Plastic may be formed in a number of manners as per the order – it may vary in transparency, coloured, thicknesses to match the customer’s specifications.

Flexographic print

Preparation for printing: If the order is for printed bags, the production of plastic is followed by the process of flexographic printing. Matrices (printing forms) are prepared as per the customer-approved design.

Printing on plastic: the LDPE plastic is passed through flexographic machines, which apply the print as per the design. This technique allows designs to be printed quickly and precisely in a range of colours.

Confectioning and packaging

Cutting and forming of bags: After printing (or without printing), the LDPE plastic is confectioned, i.e. cut and formed into bags as per the dimensions agreed in the order.

Additional elements: At this stage elements such as handles, perforations may be added, depending on the order specifications.

Product packaging: The finished bags are carefully packed in larger packaging such as cardboard boxes or bulk bags to secure them from damage during transport.

Etykietowanie: Każda partia zamówienia otrzymuje odpowiednie oznaczenia i etykiety, które zawierają informacje o produkcie. Dodatkowo dołączane są dokumenty przewozowe i magazynowe.

Shipment to the customer

Transport set-up: The order is forwarded to a courier company. The customer receives a tracking number and information on the expected delivery time.

Shipment tracking: The customer may track the consignment using a tracking system, which allows them to monitor where their order is at any given time.

Delivery of the order: Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the customer within the specified timeframe.
